Liability Waiver

Acknowledgment of Risk 

By participating in Liv Eazy classes, sessions, or using the facilities, I understand there are inherent risks, including physical injuries or accidents. I voluntarily accept these risks and assume full responsibility for my participation.

Health Declaration

I confirm I am physically fit to participate, having consulted a physician if necessary, and have disclosed any relevant medical conditions. 

Release of Liability

I release Liv Eazy, its staff, and affiliates from all claims arising from my participation, including those due to negligence.

Indemnity 

I agree to indemnify Liv Eazy against claims or liabilities resulting from my participation or that of minors under my care.

Voluntary Participation 

I acknowledge the physical risks of Pilates and related activities and accept full responsibility for any modifications or deviations from instructor guidance.

Use of Facilities

I assume all risks related to using Liv Eazy equipment and facilities and accept responsibility for any damages or injuries incurred during use.

Content Use

By using the Liv Eazy website or services, I confirm I have read and agreed to the terms provided online. If I disagree, I will discontinue use.
