Terms of Service

Attendance Policies

I understand that entry will not be permitted more than two minutes after the class begins. First-time participants in reformer Pilates are required to attend a mandatory orientation five minutes before class. Missing this orientation will result in a late cancellation fee and denial of entry. Once a class starts, participants may not leave and re-enter the room.

Booking, Cancellation, and Fees

Cancellations must be made at least [Insert Timeframe] before the scheduled class to avoid a $15 late cancellation or no-show fee. Monthly autopay memberships renew automatically until canceled, and cancellations require a minimum of two weeks’ notice via email before the next billing cycle. Memberships cannot be paused.

Payment Policies

All purchases, including classes, memberships, and packages, are final sale and non-refundable, with expiration dates as specified. Retail items in their original condition may be returned within 14 days for a full refund. After 14 days, store credit will be issued. Sale items are final sale. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
